Freedom Elimination Challenge

The Freedom Elimination Challenge will be held in conjunction with the seasonal 24hr Fast. We challenge you to remove items from your diet over a 4 week period.

Keep an eye out for when the next 24hr swim is on. One of our fun annual challenges. Book a time slot and see how many laps you can achieve in 1 hour.

Freedom Monthly Challenges

Every month we run a small challenge with a $100 prize pack up for grabs! It's free to enter, you just have to be a member or pass holder to qualify.
