For more than 20 years, Peter has worked with clients on developing both their physical and mental approach to their health and fitness goals, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle coaching.
You can tune in to Peter at 10am each Thursday fortnight on 5EBI FM for his insight into health and wellbeing.
With more than 12 years’ experience in the industry, Silvia is here to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Together you’ll focus on toning up and developing your core strength with floor exercises and body balance. She’ll also help you target your ideal weight with nutrition advice and programs. You’ll be standing taller, stronger and leaner in no time.
Zina is an Australian Beach Volleyball champ who will help you reach new peaks in your health and fitness with her energy, motivation and outright determination. She is passionate about helping people perform at their best and get results, while making training fun. Zina runs our HIIT, Abs, Stretch and bootcamp classes. Come and have some fun!
Stephanie is a practitioner in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, and spent 10 years studying and working in China. With a holistic approach to your wellness Stephanie is equipped to take into account your current health and fitness levels as you work towards you new goals.
Paul’s passion is in muscle development, with 30+ years experience in the field. He has competed in bodybuilding at an international level, placing in the Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe Master’s div. 2007, 2008, 2009. Paul is also the developer of the AMP Your Workout app, which records, analyses and optimises your workouts to match your genetic strengths for faster results.
