Keen to get your blood flowing after a morning of sitting at your desk? A lunch time work out is the perfect way to boost your health and vitality and ticks so many boxes:

  • No need to spend the afternoon mentally forcing yourself to go to the gym – it’s done! Plus you feel amazing all afternoon.
  • An intense feeling of satisfaction and achievement!
  • No having to think, ‘what exercise will I do today?’…we do all the thinking for you!
  • Get more from your workout with our small groups – our trainer gives you more attention!

Tuesday: Abs with Zena

Wednesday: Body Balance with Silvia

Thursday: High Intensity Interval Training with Zena

Friday: Stretch with Zena

If  you’re a Freedom Fitness 10-or 15 pass holder, each class is one click off your pass.

If you’re new to Freedom Fitness, each class is $10.
