Featuring sauna and cold plunges, our Recovery Centre is designed to support recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing, providing a premium space to slow down, reset, and recharge.
Enjoy access to our full recovery facilities during your 60-minute session, moving through hot and cold therapy at your own pace in a calm, Nordic-inspired environment.
Bookings can be made via the Freedom App or through our online booking system.

Whether you’re recovering from training, reducing stress, improving circulation, or simply taking time to unwind, the Recovery Centre is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
Our Suggested Protocol
To help maximise the benefits of your session, we recommend following our recovery protocol (also see video below):
1. Rinse Before Entering
Please shower or rinse off before using the sauna or cold plunges.
2. Sauna - 15 Minutes
Settle into the sauna and allow your body to fully absorb the heat and relax.
3. Cool Down
Take a quick shower before entering the cold plunge.
4. Cold Plunge - 1-3 Minutes
Step into one of our cold plunges and focus on slow, controlled breathing.
5. Repeat as Desired
Move through the recovery cycle as many times as desired during your one-hour session.

- Stay hydrated throughout your session
- Move through the space mindfully and respectfully
