It is very hard to find a book that covers a lot of what we promote at Freedom Fitness. From the low carb Mediterranean diet, (vegetarian also) fasting, time delayed eating, autophagy and weight loss etc this book has it all. It includes weekly eating plans and many healthy recipes. The Fast 800 is well researched, and easily read. It is full of the latest information, and is a great guide to losing weight and building up your immune system for health and longevity.
